Terms & Conditions
Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and rentals provided by flying booth.
Booking & Agreement
A booking becomes binding once the booking confirmation has been confirmed in writing.
Payment
Invoices are issued after successful completion of the event.
The invoice amount must be paid in full within 30 days after the event date without deduction.
Use of the Flying Booth
The Flying Booth is provided as a self-operated installation and is not supervised during the event.
The customer agrees to handle all equipment with care.
Damages & Liability
The customer or event organizer is liable for damages caused by improper use, intentional damage or theft.
Flying Booth is not liable for:

technical failures outside of our control

force majeure
-
interruptions caused by power or internet issues

misconduct of guests
Branding & Design Services
Custom branding and design services are charged separately or according to the agreed surcharge.
The customer confirms that all submitted logos, images or content may legally be used and do not infringe third-party rights.
Data Protection
Personal data will be treated confidentially and used exclusively within the scope of the booking process.
Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
